This Dining CashBack promotion (“promotion”) is opened to all eligible Standard Chartered credit, debit and Manhattan cardholders (collectively referred to as “cardholders" and each a “cardholder” ”) in good standing and whose cards are issued by Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. |

| 2. |
Persons who are excluded from participation include:
| a) |
cardholders of Corporate Liability Cards issued by us |
| b) |
cardholders whose card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons between 1 November 2009 to 31 January 2010 (both dates inclusive). |

| 3. |
To be eligible for the promotion, all dining charges must be made at dining establishments in Singapore and in Singapore Dollars and must be charged to any of our credit, debit or MANHATTAN card issued in Singapore (each a “card" and collectively, “cards” ”) within the spend periods (“spend periods”) as follows:
| a) |
From 1 November to 30 November 2009 (both dates inclusive) (“first period”); and |
| b) |
From 1 December to 31 December 2009 (both dates inclusive) (“second period”) |

| 4. |
All dining charges must be charged to the same card. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of the transactions by any party including but not limited to MasterCard/Visa acquiring merchants, merchant establishments, or any telecommunication provider. |

| 5. |
For debit card, the dining charges must be charged to the same debit card account number. |
|
| 6. |
Dining charges made via NETS are not eligible for this promotion. Charges debited and posted to the account of all supplementary cardholders will be awarded to the principal cardholder. |
|
| 7. |
Cardholder must meet a minimum spend of $500 in total retail spends in each of the spend periods to be eligible for the CashBack for both spend periods. For example, if a cardholder spends $500 in November and $300 in December (in total retail spends), he is only eligible for the CashBack in November, but not December. |
|
| 8. |
Qualifying retail spends do not include ongoing instalment payments, cash advance, balance transfer, purchases via NETS and any other fees howsoever called, including but not limited to, annual fees, cash advance fees, interest and late fees. |
|
| 9. |
Cardholder can register multiple credit/debit cards (if any) to be eligible for the CashBack on an account level. Each card account must meet all criteria to be eligible for the CashBack. |

| 10. |
The promotion is applicable to the first 50,000 registrations received by the bank via SMS. |
|
| 11. |
Registrations via SMS starts from 12 am on 1 November 2009 and ends on 11:59 pm on 31 December 2009 or when the 50,000 registrations are received, whichever comes first. |
|
| 12. |
Cardholder is eligible for the CashBack for both spend periods if the card account is within the first 50,000 registered. For example, if a cardholder registers anytime between November to December 2009, he is eligible for CashBack for his November and December dining spends if he/she meets all eligible criteria for both spend periods. However, the maximum CashBack payable during both spend periods to any one card account is capped at SGD$150 (Singapore Dollars). |

All registrations must be done via SMS and must be composed in the following manner: “GET15<space>16-digit Standard Chartered Card Number” (Example: GET15 4508123456789000). The composed SMS has to be sent to 78722. Registration of the SMS in any other format will be automatically disqualified. |

| 14. |
Cardholder must SMS in to register for the CashBack. SMS entries received by us before or after the spend period will not be eligible for the CashBack and will be considered invalid and void. Any other method of registration will not be accepted. |

| 15. |
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that the correct card number which the dining charges were charged to within the spend period is SMS to us. SMS that contains any credit/debit card number that does not tally with the transaction(s) charged to it will be disqualified. |
|
| 16. |
Registrations via SMS received by the bank and dates of the CashBack to the card account are as follows:

If cardholder registers after a spend period, the CashBack for the previous spend period(s) (if any) will be credited on the following month’s CashBack date. For example, if a cardholder registers in December he/she is eligible for CashBack for his/her November and December spends if he/she has met the eligibility criteria for both spend period. |

| 18. |
We reserve the absolute right and unfettered discretion to determine whether:
| a) |
cardholder has met all the requirements for the promotion; |
| b) |
merchant outlet qualifies as a dining outlet for the purposes of the promotion. |
No objection or appeal for any reasons in this regard will be entertained.

19. |
Sending and receiving of SMS is service provider dependent and are beyond the control of the Bank. There can be significant delays in sending or receiving of SMS. We are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay howsoever caused in the sending or receiving of the SMS. The cardholders shall be solely responsible for all fees and charges imposed by the service provider for the sending and receiving of the SMS. |

| 20. |
We are not the agent of the merchants and make no representation as to the quality/ condition or performance of the goods and services provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the product and/or service is to be resolved directly between the cardholder and the merchant. |
|
| 21. |
We or the merchants may at any time vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions governing any of the offers, including terminating, withdrawing the offer and/or substituting the offer with any item of equivalent or similar value, without prior notice or reason at our sole and absolute discretion. |
|
| 22. |
By participating in the promotion, all participants hereby grant us the absolute and unfettered right to (1) disclose and /or publish the participants’ information including but not limited to the name, identification/passport number and any other information to any party in any medium as we may in our absolute discretion deem fit to disclose for any reasons whatsoever (2) use, amend, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish any still or moving images of the participants that are taken during the promotion or the redemption of the gifts for any promotional or marketing or commercial or any other purposes as we may in its absolute discretion deem fit without any payment or compensation. |

All information is correct at the time of publishing. |

In case of a dispute, our decision will be final. No appeal on any grounds whatsoever will be entertained. |

This Standard Chartered Dining CashBack Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Customer Terms and Credit Card Terms. If there is any inconsistency, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this promotion only. |
