2.	24-hour Phone Banking Service Line on 1800 747 7000
3.	Waiver of administration fees for unsuccessful GIRO or cheque payments
4.	Waiver of non-GIRO administration fees so you have the freedom to repay your bills via any payment channel
5.	The addition of convenient payment channels such as cash deposit via counters and Cash Deposit Machines at Standard Chartered Bank branches
