How it works
  • The balance in your deposit accounts that earn lower interest rates are placed in higher interest loan/s you are servicing
  • As the outstanding mortgage loan principal amount is lowered, it reduces the amount of interest payable
  • The remaining deposit/s (if any) will move to your highest interest earning deposit account

Important Notes:
  1. This product is applicable to private residential properties only.
  2. There is no repayment of the outstanding mortgage loan principal amount. The offsetting of the outstanding mortage loan principal amount by the daily balances in the linked deposit accounts is purely notional and solely for the purposes of computing interest.
  3. A monthly utilisation fee shall be charged if the Deemed Outstanding Net Balance (on a monthly average basis and including any late fee charges) falls below 50% of the Monthly Scheduled Outstanding Mortgage Loan Principal. The monthly utilisation fee is computed as 1% p.a. on the Monthly Average Actual Outstanding Mortgage Loan Balance.
