General Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | All applications are subject to approval from the respective organisation(s). Standard Chartered Bank ("the Bank") will not notify you separately of your application status. Please continue to make payment to the respective organisation(s) until the approved charges are reflected in your Standard Chartered Credit Card statement. |
| 2. | Please allow up to six weeks for the processing of your application. |
| 3. | Please contact the respective organisation(s) should you wish to terminate this payment arrangement. |
| 4. | In the event of any change in your Standard Chartered Credit Card number, please notify the respective organisation(s) to continue the payment arrangement(s). |
| 5. | The payment deduction(s) is subject to your Standard Chartered Credit Card account being in good standing. Any deduction exceeding your credit limit available at the time of debit may be rejected. If any payment through the Standard Chartered Credit Card is unsuccessful for any reason, you shall be responsible to arrange for alternative payment(s) to the respective organisation(s). |
| 6. | The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, expenses, delays, mistake, neglect or omission in the transmission of any payment herein. The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice and reject or decline any application in its sole discretion without giving any reasons whatsoever. |
