How do I sign up for Standard Chartered Baby Bonus CDA?
   
  Steps to join the Baby Bonus Scheme  
     
  Step 1 : Obtain Baby Bonus Kit from Baby Bonus One-Stop Service Centre or MCYS  
     
  Step 2 : Submit the Baby Bonus Form BB and Standard Chartered Bank CDA application form at any of the Birth Registration Counters (BRCs) or Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)

(If you did not submit the Standard Chartered Bank CDA application form at the BRCs with Forms BB1 and BB2, and if your
child is eligible for the CDA, MCYS will send you a Letter of Authorisation to open the CDA at the bank branch.) 		 
     
 

Step 3 : Refer to the following table for a list of BRCs locations and the documents required:
