  1. All privileges are valid till 31 December 2011, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment must be charged to any Standard Chartered Credit, Debit ATM or MANHATTAN Card to enjoy these privileges.
  3. Please quote "Standard Chartered Privileges" prior to ordering, making reservations or payment.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, all privileges exclude services charges and applicable taxes.
  5. Privileges are not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
  6. Privileges are subject to the individual merchant's terms and conditions. Please check with the relevant merchant or outlet concerned.
  7. Standard Chartered Bank is not an agent of the merchant and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. Any dispute about quality or performance of the product and/or service is to be resolved directly with the merchant.
  8. Standard Chartered Bank and the respective merchants reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions governing the offers without prior notice.
  9. In the case of a dispute, the decision of Standard Chartered Bank on all matters shall be fi nal and no correspondence will be entertained.
  10. Privileges are not valid on eve and actual day of public holidays and other special occasions (e.g. Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, 15 days of Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Secretaries' Week), unless otherwise stated.
  11. Privileges are valid for dine-in only, unless otherwise stated.
