* For fast 1-hour approval in principle – upon receipt of this completed application form and latest income documents between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Subject to the Bank’s final review and approval upon submission of all relevant documents. In-principle approved status is valid for 14 days, after which a new application is required. Upon receipt of all relevant documents by the Bank by 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the application will be processed and approved within 48 hours. Incomplete documents and new contractors not under our panel of preferred contractors may result in delay in processing. The Bank reserves the right to decline the application or approve a lower loan quantum than that applied for without providing any reason.
