Personal Credit Late Fee Charge

Effective from 15 December 2008, Personal Credit Late Payment charge will be revised to $75

To keep your account in good standing, please ensure that the minimum payment amount is made before the due date via these payment channels:

Online Banking  
    Effect a payment from your Standard Chartered Bank personal account or from any GIRO-participating banks through Online Funds Transfer.
 
Phone Banking  
    Effect a payment from your Standard Chartered Bank Singapore Dollar Savings, Current or Cheque & Save account through Automated Phone Banking at 1800 747 7000 with your Phone Banking User ID and PIN.
 
Standard Chartered Bank Branch
a.   Cheque Payment
    Drop your cheque in the Express Cheque Deposit box in our branches. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to the Name of the Account Holder and the account number must be written on the reverse of your cheque. Do not write post-dated cheques.  
b.   Cash Payment
  Deposit the cash through our Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) or over the counter.
Standard Chartered Bank ATM
    Transfer payment from your Singapore Dollar Savings account with Standard Chartered Bank through any of our ATMs in Singapore. Please ensure that your Singapore Dollar Savings account and Personal Credit account are linked to the same ATM card.
Interbank GIRO
    Please call our 24-hour Phone Banking on 1800 747 7000 to apply.
